An archery coach from Northamptonshire has launched a fundraising appeal for cancer treatment for his 16-year-old daughter.
Jon Kilraine and his daughter Shannon have been Archery GB members for a few years, shooting at Archers of Raunds in Wellingborough.
Shannon has recently been diagnosed with cancer for the second time.
Jon said: "It's the same type but needs more drastic treatment the second time around.
"Her case has been discussed at a national level in the NHS and, as well as the nine rounds of chemotherapy, they have recommended a treatment called AMORE. This treatment is only available in the Netherlands."
The treatment is not funded by the NHS, so Jon has set up a GoFundMe page to raise the £80,000 needed to cover treatment, travel, and accommodation, and help Shannon beat cancer.
Archers of Raunds has organised a charity shoot to help raise funds to support Shannon.
