National Talent Development Programme

Archery GB is pleased to announce the restructuring of the National Talent Development Programme for the 2018/19 season

Due to feedback from athletes, parents and coaches, Archery GB will be establishing a southern training camp, which will be held at our ontarget Performance club, Aim4Sport. This will be open for all southern county cadets and juniors to attend, including their personal coaches. For midland and northern county athletes, Lilleshall National Sports Centre will remain as their main training camp.

The programme's aim is to give athletes opportunities to access Archery GB Talent Pathway coaching and to give personal coaches opportunities to work with our Archery GB Talent Pathway coaches. Athletes will be benchmarked on our Â"What it takes to Win” framework throughout the programme, with the best athletes being invited to a profiling day towards the end of the competition calendar, held at Lilleshall.

This programme has an extremely successful track record of promoting athletes into the Academy system and winning medals on an International stage.

If you would like to attend, please register on our online portal by clicking here.
