I Am Team GB have created the Nation's Biggest Sports Day which will take place on Saturday 24 August 2019 and we want your club to get involved.

I Am Team GB is a national campaign which aims to harness the power of the Olympics to make Britain more active. I Am Team GB have created the Nation’s Biggest Sports Day which will take place on Saturday 24 August 2019. The aim is to have thousands of free and fun activities across the country, put on by amazing volunteers, known as I Am Team GB Games Makers.

We would like our clubs to join in with this incredible event and help us inspire more people to take up archery, particularly after the success of our archers at the World and Para World Championships -where we secured six Olympic and five Paralympic spaces for Tokyo 2020.

In return for being a part of I Am Team GB and running an archery have a go event, your club will be in with a chance of winning one of two signed shirts from the World and Para World Championships. The shirts will be signed by the teams that competed at both events and will come framed.

The shirts can be hung up in the club house, auctioned off to make money for the club, passed around club members to be shown off to their friends and family, used as a prize, used to reward a volunteer who’s done exceptional things for your club… it’s entirely up to you!

To be included in the prize draw please register your event on the I Am Team GB website – please click here.

As well as registering your event on the Archery GB event finder – please click here for the Handy Guide.
