Covid-19 update for England: government's new restrictions from 2 December

The government has set out new restrictions for England when lockdown ends on 2 December. Outdoor sports will be able to resume subject to social distancing.

The new government guidance means that people will no longer be limited to seeing only one other person in outdoor public spaces - the rule of six will now apply as it did in the previous set of tiers.

The government has said that the leisure sector will no longer need to close, meaning indoor archery could potentially resume where venues are open.

In tier three, indoor sports will be limited to one household or bubble.

The government will announce which tiers each region of England is in on Thursday 26 November.

We are refreshing our Covid guidance and will communicate shortly to our clubs and members about any changes to restrictions, so that archery can continue safely.
