Archery GB job vacancy – Performance Programmes Manager

Are you interested in playing a key role in our new Performance structure, providing performance planning and review across Olympic, Paralympic and Pathway disciplines?

Job Title: Performance Programmes Manager

Salary Range:  Dependent on experience

Location:  Lilleshall, Shropshire and home based

 

As Performance Programmes Manager you will lead and develop the performance planning, processes and systems that underpin the development and management of athletes and the Performance Archery World Class Programme.

As a senior member of the Performance team, you will support the Performance Director in building a programme of domestic and international training and competition for the Performance Archery World Class Programme to enhance athlete development and improve performance levels. Working closely with the Performance Support team you will help enable the delivery of aligned and interdisciplinary performance support services.

Successful candidates will have a comprehensive understanding of modern coaching, performance support and international competition as well as recent experience of successfully working within an inter disciplinary team operating in elite sport at an elite level.

With strong planning and organisation skills, you will be a team player with outstanding communication skills and high emotional intelligence, enabling you to work collaboratively across teams.
