TASS Stars Awards 2020 shortlists talented young archers

It's that time again when sport officially celebrates the hard work, sacrifice and sheer talent of the nation's young athletes in the Tass Stars Awards 2020.

The Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS) helps athletes in education - aged 16-plus - to get the very best from their sporting and academic careers without having to choose between the two.

TASS supports more than 600 athletes in 32 Sport England sports. The most promising athletes are nominated each year by their national governing body, all with eligibility to represent England. Each athlete has been identified as performing at the top of the Sport England Talent Pathway.

Shortlisting this year's nominees for the TASS Stars Awards was particularly challenging for the judging panel, but they have now selected 17 athletes, and the winners will be announced on Friday 21 August on Tass' Twitter.
