National Disability Championship

The Worshipful Company of Fletcher’s Disability Championship 2020 will be held on the 6 September at Lilleshall National Sports Centre.

Archery GB with the support of The Worshipful Company of Fletchers is delighted to be able to hold the 2020 Disability Championships here at Lilleshall. Following the success of the previous three years we are confident that this will be a fantastic event. The competition is open to World Archery classified athletes and athletes with a physical impairment.



9:00am – three ends of practice, this usually takes around 45 minutes. The shoot will start straight after practice.

Qualification Round

72 arrows shot at the distance in ends of six.

Head to head matches

Matches between two archers in the same category. Each archer has 20 seconds to shoot each arrow.

Entries open on Thursday 4 June 2020 at 7pm.


World Archery classified Athletes

Recurve open:

  • Men (70m)
  • Female (70m)

Compound open:

  • Men (50m)
  • Female (50m)


  • Men (50m)
  • Female (50m)

Archers with a disability – An archer with a physical impairment but does not have a valid classification under the World Archery rules.

  • Disability Compound Men (50m)
  • Disability Compound Female (50m)
  • Disability Recurve Men (70m)
  • Disability Recurve female (70m)

Visually Impaired athletes

  • Open Compound Men (30m)
  • Open Compound Female (30m)
  • Open Recurve Female (30m)
  • Open Recurve Men (30m)

Novice Category – Archers who have been in the sport less than two years with a physical impairment

  • Open Men and Women all bow types (30m)

*Dependant on final entries the Organising Committee (OC) reserve the right to combine genders within disciplines in the interest of creating a competitive environment. To enter please login to the online members’ portal.
