First national rankings of the season released

April 25th 2019

The senior recurve and compound national rankings will be updated fortnightly starting from today.

The new national ranking system for senior recurve and compound archers has been adopted by Archery GB. The system was trialled during 2018 with the aim of increasing the competitiveness of archers by focusing on results. Allowing archers to follow their progress in real time, informing them of where they sit in the national picture and giving a clear line of sight to becoming a part of the National Squads. The ranking system is current and rolling (ranking points last 12 months from the time they are gained). An archer’s best five events are used to calculate their ranking. Only one result is required to qualify for the National Rankings.

Rankings will be updated and uploaded to the Archery GB website starting from today, please click here to access them.
