Commonwealth Archery Championships Europe 2021

This weekend is the European Commonwealth Championships, held at Lilleshall National Sports Centre, and you can come and watch!

What is the Commonwealth Archery Championships Europe?

The Commonwealth nations within Europe are coming together to compete in this team event. Each of the nations has selected archers through selection policies to compete. Each archer will shoot a qualification round (WA 70/50 round) on Saturday morning. Elimination matches for mixed team and team will follow in the afternoon.

On Sunday, the medal matches for mixed team and team for Barebow, Compound and Recurve will take place.

Where is the Commonwealth Archery Championships Europe being held?

Lilleshall National Sports Centre will host this event on 28 and 29 August 2021.

Where can I watch the Commonwealth Archery Championships Europe?

Archery GB will be live streaming the team finals matches on Sunday 29 August through our social media channels. Spectators will be allowed on-site to watch live.

Ninestiles Academy in Birmingham is part of Archery GB’s ongoing SportsAid-funded initiative, Project Rimaya, to promote the sport across ethnically diverse communities. Funding from the project has resulted in Ninestiles qualifying a staff member to be an archery instructor, helping to introduce the sport to a new generation.
