Archery GB job vacancy – Performance Director

Could you lead our Olympic and Paralympic archery teams on their journey to the Paris 2024 Games? Archery GB is seeking a Performance Director to inspire and guide our elite athletes to medal success.

Job Title:       Performance Director

Salary Range:   £55-65,000 (dependent on experience)

Location:        Lilleshall and home based

 

Leading our Olympic and Paralympic teams to medal success at the Paris 2024 Games will be a demonstration of the inspiration and leadership of Archery GB's Performance Director.

To achieve this success, our new Performance Director will need to provide impactful leadership across performance and pathway teams, creating a positive culture and optimal performance environment.

As a senior member of the Archery GB strategic leadership team, they will contribute to the development and delivery of our strategic ambitions, driving our mission of rebuilding, reimagining and re-presenting archery over the next 5 years, and becoming pioneers on the world archery stage.

Successful candidates will have a strong track record in leading elite sport at the highest level, demonstrating their ability to lead and embed positive cultural change.

With outstanding communication and relationship-building skills they will build strong, collaborative teams, ensuring the quality of coaching, performance support and operational excellence of a world class programme.
