Archery GB and Wales Archery Launch New Partnership

Archery GB is delighted to announce a new partnership with Wales Archery Specialist.

Wales Archery have been a supporter of UK national junior tournaments for over 30 years and we will be building on this base together to support and continue to develop junior archery in the UK. Wales Archery will become the lead sponsor for all Archery GB junior tournaments.

Neil Armitage Archery GB CEO commented: “We are excited by this new partnership, Wales Archery have always supported us and now we can work together to support our junior archers, continuing to build on the great successes that are currently being achieved by the teams. By supporting the three major junior events in the UK we can ensure that all junior archers have access to events that are run to the highest standards.”

New dates announced for the Olympic and Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020

The International Olympic Committee (IOC), the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), the Tokyo 2020 Organising Committee, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Government of Japan today agreed new dates for the Games of the XXXII Olympiad, in 2021. The Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 will be celebrated from 23 July to 8 August 2021. They also agreed on new dates for the Paralympic Games, which will be celebrated from 24 August until 5 September 2021.
