Two days of fierce competition. Three different elements – and all in the name of finding which counties reign supreme in 2017.

The final results of the National County Team Championships are made up of Saturday’s qualification and head to heads plus Sunday’s World Archery 1440.

So who are our champions? A total of 248 archers competed in 26 teams from 21 counties at Lilleshall. The overall victors were:

  • Men’s recurve: Eastern
  • Women’s recurve: Lancashire
  • Men’s compound: Hampshire A
  • Women’s compound: Kent
  • Men’s longbow: Hampshire A
  • Women’s longbow: Yorkshire

The results breakdown was:

Qualification:

  • Recurve men: 1, Eastern; 2, Lancashire; 3, Durham and Northumberland.
  • Recurve women: 1, Oxfordshire; 2, Warwickshire; 3, Essex and Suffolk.
  • Compound men: 1, Hampshire A; 2, Kent; 3, Warwickshire.
  • Compound women: 1, Kent; 2, Essex and Suffolk; 3, Gloucestershire.
  • Longbow men: 1, Hampshire A; 2, Devon and Cornwall; 3, Yorkshire.
  • Longbow women: 1, Yorkshire; 2, Devon and Cornwall; 3, Dorset and Wiltshire.

Head to heads:

  • Recurve men: 1, Durham and Northumberland; 2, Eastern; 3, Oxfordshire.
  • Recurve women: 1, Lancashire; 2, Warwickshire; 3, Yorkshire.
  • Compound men: 1, Devon and Cornwall; 2, Derbyshire, 3, Hampshire A.
  • Compound women: 1, Kent; 2, Essex and Suffolk; 3, Oxfordshire.
  • Longbow men: 1, Dorset and Wiltshire; 2, Kent; 3, Hampshire A.
  • Longbow women: 1, Yorkshire; 2, Dorset and Wiltshire; 3, Hampshire A.

World Archery 1440:

  • Recurve men: 1, Lancashire; 2, Eastern; 3, Hampshire A.
  • Recurve women: 1, Lancashire; 2, Oxfordshire; 3, Warwickshire.
  • Compound men: 1, Warwickshire; 2, Hampshire A; 3, Essex.
  • Compound women: 1, Kent; 2, Gloucestershire; 3, Oxfordshire.
  • Longbow men: 1, Hampshire A; 2, Devon and Cornwall; 3, Kent.
