Team GB: Paralympic Teams
Talent Identification: Paralympic
Talent Identification (TID) is the multidisciplinary screening of people in order to identify those with the potential for World Class success. Identification is done through two routes:
- A multi-stage process is used for those with no prior involvement in archery, starting with paper application and ending with selection interviews
- Qualitative (coach's eye) and/or quantitative measures (science) measures are used to identify those most likely to succeed at a World Class level from experienced talented archers
Further details will follow towards the end of the outdoor season in August 2010.

SportsAid
The SportsAid nominees are nominated by Performance of Archery GB. SportsAid resources are primarily targeted towards archers aged between 16 and 19 with a history of representing England at age group level. SportsAid prefers that they are archers on the fringe of breaking through onto the GB Teams. Priority is given to Recurve archers followed by outstanding Compound and Field archers.
