Year started shooting: I started in 1990 and shot compound untill 2001. Since then I have competed with a recurve bow.

Year started to compete at international level: I first made the junior team in 1994 and in 1997 I shot for the senior GB for the first time. 2002 was the start of my international recurve career.

Finest ever performance: Winning the Face2Face in 1996 in the Netherlands, I shot better than I had ever seen anyone ever shoot.

Role models: Magnus Peterson and Brady Ellison are great role models for anyone.

Aspirations: To win an Olympic medal.

Music: Kate Bush, Metallica, Suede, David Bowie, U2, Coldplay, Busted.

Film: Sunshine, Aliens, Alien, Terminator, Star Trek 2, Anvil (the story of Anvil), Titanic, Vanilla Sky
