This incorporates building and maintaining external and internal relationships, athlete management, programme management, reporting to Archery GB and appropriate boards, alongside management of Performance.

The Programme Manager is responsible for the overall management of the coaching workforce alongside the administrative functions of the World Class Programme and other Archery activities.

Events & Facilities Manager


Jon Nott

• Planning and delivering the continued success of the AGB National Series which includes sponsorship growth in conjunction with marketing. Domestic event planning and delivery will also include all selection shoots and any International events won through UK Sport

• The development and competition programme to AGB funded disciplines (specifically compound and field but excluding Paralympic compound)

• To fulfil all sponsorship engagement 'experiences' and/or NGB 'have a go' days in conjunction with Performance and Marketing.

• To oversee the maintenance of the Performance venue whilst working alongside the coaches in Performance (2) to set up all equipment needs for training to occur, and (3) to be responsible for appropriate levels of administration

Performance Pathway Manager

Ceri Ann Davies

The Performance Pathway Manager has responsibility for managing talent performance pathway programmes and partnerships which are necessary for the Archery GB performance team to function effectively. The Performance Pathway Manager will be the conduit between Performance and the home nations, providing the link between the Archery World Class programme and the construction, development and monitoring of the talent academy structures in England.

Pathway Implementation Manager


Andrew Partridge

Andrew is our Pathway Implementation Manager and is responsible for delivering the operational management of our Pathway. This includes ensuring our Academies run smoothly, our National Talent Development Programme is delivered in line with our objectives and the Archery Training Centres are established and managed effectively. Supporting the Performance Pathway Manager with the process of athlete tracking, benchmarking and profiling and the athlete database is also included in Andrews remit. The role is supported by Sport England Talent Investment.

Cait Leach

Cait is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of Archery GB's Performance Strategy through associated projects and interventions across the Olympic and Paralympic Programmes.

Senior Olympic Coach


Richard Priestman

To lead an Olympic coaching programme and preparation environment for a designated group of athletes seeking to achieve qualification for, and performances at the Rio Olympics in 2016.

His main responsibilities are to work closely with the Performance Director, coaches and Head of Performance Science, and lead the programme design, delivery, management and review towards qualification and performances at Rio 2016.

In working closely within the performance culture and preparation environment of Archery GB, he is required to develop and influence the necessary competitiveness of GB Olympic archers. In consultation with the Performance Director, he is responsible for leading and coaching GB Olympic archers at international events

Paralympic Coach


Michael Peart

The Paralympic Head Coach is responsible for the Technical leadership of the Paralympic Podium, Podium Potential and Talent Confirmation Programmes, and to lead the coaching team into and at the Paralympic Games. They work closely with the Paralympic Programme Manager on the planning, organisation and delivery of the WCP operation.

The primary aim of the programmes is to produce competitive international performances from WCP athletes and maximise gold medals on the World & Paralympic stage. The programme also seeks to accelerate the development of emerging talent within para archery, incorporating the use of a range of sports science resources within a technical framework to convert talented Paralympic athletes into World Class athletes and to ensuring the long-term gold medal delivery of the sport

Head of Coaching & Athlete Development

Lloyd Brown

The Olympic Coach is responsible, in conjunction with the Programme Manager & Paralympic Coach, for the planning, organisation and delivery of a Podium & Podium Potential Programme. The primary aim of the programme is to accelerate the development of emerging talent within Archery, incorporating the use of a range of sports science resources within a technical framework to maximise athlete progression. This programme will be paramount to the conversion of individuals into the senior World Class status and to ensuring the long-term success of the sport.

Talent Pathway Coach


John Dunster

John is our Talent Pathway Coach with the remit of supporting athlete development throughout the length and breadth of England Talent Pathway. John works across our National Talent Development Programme which takes him into the Archery Training Centres. He also works as a coach in our Central Performance Academy. John is a critical part of our Paralympic Performance Academy as a recurve coach. Being based in Lilleshall National Sports Centre, within the World Class Programme environments, John works alongside our wider coaching team and brings that alignment throughout the Talent Pathway.

Technical Coach

Songi Woo

Recurve Performance Coach


Charlotte Burgess

Working with all the recurve athletes from the top to the bottom of the Archery GB Paralympic pathway, from Paralympic Games to recruitment campaigns. As a former Olympian herself, Charlotte has all the skills to help our athletes reach there full potential.

Compound Bow Specialist

Rikki Bingham

With recent confirmation that two thirds of the Paralympic events in Rio 2016 will be compound specific, there is a need for more compound expertise within Archery GB Performance. This primary function of this role is to develop Paralympic athletes from associated talent/ talent confirmation programmes to become internationally archers capable of progressing through to the World Class Performance Programme and give extra support to the Paralympic Coach and World Class Program archers.

Compound Specialist & Bow Technician


Shaun Teasdale

With an increasing number of Para athletes on the programme shooting compound bows, extra support was needed to deliver a world class programme. Sean works as a bow technician across both the Olympic and Paralympic programs to help athletes secure the marginal gains needed to compete on the world stage.

Performance Co-ordinator


Stephanie Kelly

Stephanie deals with all things International for our top Olympic, Paralympic and Junior archers, from the accreditation, logistics and Team Managers Packs to the finance and anti-doping requirements, where she works alongside the medical advisor.

Stephanie also manages the day to day business of the Performance office and is responsible for the administration that is required by our partners, sponsors and relevant services. She also assists the events committee on helping to organise and deliver National and World level archery competitions within the UK.
