Joining Team GB: Selection Criteria

Talent Identification (TID) is the multidisciplinary screening of people in order to identify those with the potential for World Class success. Identification is done through two routes:

A multi-stage process is used for those with no prior involvement in archery, starting with paper application and ending with selection interviews
Qualitative (coach's eye) and / or quantitative measures (science) measures are used to identify those most likely to succeed at a World Class level from experienced talented archers
