Membership Services

Our Aims

• To support archers by putting them at the centre of all our actions

• To be timely, accurate, innovative and professional in our processing and customer service

To support our aims we will endeavour:

General and Administrative Duties

• To comply with the Archery GB Member Charter

• To be the first point of contact and to provide a signposting service for general enquiries

• To process achievements and awards

• To provide administrative support to the Archery GB Operations Committee

• To administer and organise the Archery GB AGM

• To provide administrative and organisational support to the Case Management Panel and the Safeguarding Services Panel

Communications

• To maintain up-to-date information at www.archerygb.org

• To provide the membership with regular communications updates

• To support the Archery UK editor by providing timely and accurate content

• To support other departments, the Regions and the Counties

Coaching and Leaders

• To provide administrative support for coach training, development and renewals; leader training and renewals; and personal performance courses

Membership and Club Administration

• To process Archery GB membership cards

• To maintain membership records

• To support and advise club officials

• To support new clubs when they are being set up

Tournaments

• To support the tournament application process and to maintain a tournament diary

• To process World, European and UK records

• To support the Archery GB Judges

Child Protection

• To manage the DBS (CRB) process

Insurance

• To provide support, guidance and advice for Civil Liability insurance cover
