Archery GB heard today that its representation to UK Sport on its decision to end funding of its World Class Programme, has been unsuccessful.
The Sport and Recreation Alliance undertook a Sports Club Survey during 2013. There were 88 responses from archery clubs, which then allowed the Sport and Recreation Alliance to create an archery specific report to detail the current picture in the sport, with some comparisons across sports to place the data in context.
The summary report can be downloaded here.
The Sports Club Survey 2013 is the largest ever survey of sports clubs in the UK.
Nearly 3,000 sports clubs across more than 100 different sports took part to give us a full look at the health of the UK's grassroots community clubs.
As in previous Sports Club Surveys, the data has been weighted to represent the estimated 151,000 sports clubs thought to be in existence across the UK.
