The course provide intensive training from expert coaches in a friendly atmosphere. They are held over long weekends at the Lilleshall National Sports & Conferencing Centre, Shropshire. Whilst it is delivered in a friendly environment it is not suitable for anyone who is looking for an archery holiday!
To attend the course you need to be:
Recurve, compound and longbow disciplines are covered, and the course content mixes practical coaching, with training seminars. The course helps you strive to achieve your full potential as an archer, covering everything from equipment and tuning, to training schedules, physiology and psychology.
The Lilleshall National Sports & Conferencing Centre is a former home of the Duke of Sutherland. It stands in extensive grounds, three miles from Newport and is close to the M54 and M6 motorways. The centre is at the end of a two mile drive through beautiful park and woodland.
Accommodation and all meals are included in the course prices.
6.30pm Friday 8 September until approximately 3pm Monday 11 September. (This course is now full booked).
6.30pm Friday 13 October until approximately 3pm Monday 16 October 2017
Price per place is £395 to be paid in full to secure a place please.
Room check in on Fridays is from 12.30pm and the course delegates are asked to meet the coaches over dinner in the Dining Room at 6.30pm to start the firstname.lastname@example.org as we will run a reserve list for places that might become available.
