To achieve these changes we need to change the composition of the board and the way appointments to the Board are made. This will ensure the board has representation of members as well as individuals with the right skills to move the sport of archery forward. Changing the structure of the board means revising the Articles of Association. In the October board meeting we will be reviewing the proposed revisions.
So we need your help. We are running a series of meetings around the country to discuss the results of an independent review of the Board, explain its recommendations and get your feedback.
