There has been an unprecedented number of entries for Archery GB's national trophies, which are awarded at the AGM. There are seven nominations for the Hartwell Trophy, awarded for exemplary services to archery in any field and two for the Gussy Trophy, which goes to the wheelchair archer of the year.

Everybody can get involved - but there's only one vote per club, so you will all have to agree. Then tell your club secretary and he or she can cast your club's vote . There are two ways to do it :

· Download the voting form from the website and send it to Membership Services, Archery GB, Lilleshall National Sports and Conferencing Centre, Newport, Shropshire TF10 9AT
· Log into the Members' Portal, scroll to the bottom of the page containing your details. Click on the Club Secretaries cast your votes for the Hartwell & Gussy trophies here link and follow the process through. All votes much reach Membership Services by 11 March 2013.
