Organised by the Performance unit and supported by the Worshipful Company of Fletchers, the weekend is designed to train coaches how to help and advise disabled archer. They can then take these skills back to their clubs and pass the information on.

Former Paralympic Head Coach Tim Hazell, Paralympians Pippa Britton and Murray Elliot will be there to give presentations and answer questions. Hazel Elliot will talk about managing a Para team abroad, Helen George will discuss the Para Talent selection route and they, along with Tony George and Pete Higgins will be on hand to teach the coaches about the practicalities of working with the disabled and visually impaired.
