Helen FranklinHelen is normally your first point of contact when you telephone the Archery GB and deals with all types of enquiries whether they be via the telephone, fax or e-mail. If she cannot answer your query, she knows a man (or woman) who can! Helen deals with Rose Awards, Arrow Awards, JAWS Awards, Personal Performance Courses, Worshipful Company of Fletchers, and course accommodation bookings, along with many other administrative duties. Anne RookAnne's role involves processing CRB Disclosure Application forms and CRB Enhanced Certificates, issuing of CRB renewal letters, maintaining Archery GB CRB Databases; liaising with the CRB, NSPCC Child Protection in Sport Unit, CCPR, other National Governing Bodies of Sport and any other relevant external agencies. She also attends the Archery GB Case Management Referral Panel meetings and provides administrative support to the Chairman and panel members; attendance at meetings in relation to Child Protection as required; dealing with all child protection enquiries. The Insurance Officers role includes dealing with the day to day enquiries and liaising with the Insurance Brokers on a regular basis; expediting any claims for damages, etc; assisting in the renewal process on an annual basis; the issuing of policy certificates to clubs upon request and the issuing of forms to register new club venues. Barbara BarrettBarbara enters newly-qualified Coaches and Leaders onto the database and processes applications for their certificate renewals. She registers new Leader and Coach courses and sends out the relevant course material. Sue WalfordSue processes membership applications and renewals. Archery GB currently has over 34,000 members and 1,250 Clubs, and Sue is responsible for entering the details on the database, keeping up-to-date records of contacts at the Regions, Counties and Clubs; and all club and individual members, together with dealing with telephone and email queries relating to membership matters. Karen HodgkissWorking Hours - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9.00 am to 5 pm Karen deals with applications for record status events and at present there are over 300 a year. She keeps the target record status tournament diary up to date and registers all world record status events with World Archery.
