Sara is responsible for the overall leadership, direction and management of the Archery GB Olympic and Paralympic programmes. This incorporates building and maintaining external and internal relationships, athlete management, programme management, reporting to Archery GB and appropriate boards, alongside management of Performance.

Barry Eley

Barry's role is to work with all the international archers who are funded by Archery GB and that do not receive UK Sport funding. Additional to this role Barry will be the Team Manager for a set number of trips each year as directed by the Performance Director. Barry works in Performance for the Performance Director.

Lloyd Brown

Lloyd is responsible for the training and development of Archery GB's 2012 Olympic Team. He comes from San Diego, California, USA where he coached the successful 1996 and 2000 US Olympic Teams. He has over 25 years coaching experience and has coached numerous international teams. He will use this experience to maximize the performance of the British archers in preparation for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.

Tim Hazell

Tim coaches and runs the Archery GB Paralympic Team - both Elite and Development. Primarily he ensures that we maximize our medal winning prospects throughout the Paralympic Cycle and ultimately at the Games themselves. He also runs theTalent Identification and development of new and existing archers is also an enormous task to generate the future stars of Para Archery. Tasks include the daily running of the Squad, technical coaching, staffing duties, Training Camp and International scheduling, Team Management duties etc. Tim came into post late 2006 and, as a Team effort, is proud to have achieved numerous World Championship Medals, World Records and Four Paralympic Medals (two Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze) in that short period.

Ceri Ann Davies

Ceri Ann is responsible for the Programme Management of all UK Sport supported Programmes. This includes the coordination of programme athletes, coaches and support staff.

Ceri Ann is also currently working on a Talent Project aimed at developing the current performance pathway, including Regional Talent identification, Talent Transfer, Talent Selection and Confirmation systems.

Stephanie Kelly

Stephanie deals with all things International for our top Olympic, Paralympic and Junior archers, from the accreditation, logistics and Team Managers Packs to the finance and anti-doping requirements, where she works alongside the medical advisor.

Stephanie also manages the day to day business of the Performance office and is responsible for the administration that is required by our partners, sponsors and relevant services. She also assists the events committee on helping to organise and deliver National and World level archery competitions within the UK.

Hollie Jones

Hollie deals with all things domestic for our top International Olympic, Paralympic, Development and Academy Archers, from training camps to facility bookings, to Team kit and invoice and expense claims.
