ontarget is Archery GB's new exciting and innovative club development programme. Archery GB recognises the commitment and vital role that clubs play in growing the sport. A strong and healthy network of clubs is essential if archery is to grow and flourish. Through this programme, ontarget will provide clubs with three main benefits - Recognition, Rewards, Development.

For more information about ontarget, download "ontarget - An introduction to our innovative programme for club development". Hard copies were sent to all clubs mid November 2010. All Archery GB affiliated clubs are eligible to join at any time - there is no closing date.

Phase 1

Phase 1 of ontarget sees clubs joining the programme, and in order to do that clubs are requested to complete an application form. Once completed clubs will be able to access various documents, guidance and support.

Phase 2

Phase 2 of the scheme sees clubs working toward and applying for a specialism.

This ongoing programme will be the beginning of a new relationship, where Archery GB is able to offer structure and vision for club development and where ontarget will become a vital tool for archery to enhance clubs at a grass root level.
