Every sports clubs at some stage needs assistance in starting a new project or buying new equipment or even building their own facility. There is a great deal of funding information available and some of it will be summarised here.
Every 3 months we will release an updated Handy Guide to Funding. It will outline new schemes, existing schemes, fundraising ideas and tips on how to successfully apply for funding, and a new section on attracting sponsorship.
We can also provide letters of support for projects but we must be aware of your project and know who you are applying to and we are happy to discuss in further detail and assist where possible.
To find out more contact Arran Coggan, National Club Development Coordinator, Tel 07525 233 592 or by email.
Clubs may also wish to consider Community Amateur Sports Club status (see www.cascinfo.co.uk for details) for tax and other financial benefits. You are advised to take appropriate specialist advice where required.
