Archery GB's Performance Pathway has undergone a period of unprecedented change in line with our commitment to building a system which delivers athletes capable of winning medals on the World, Olympic and Paralympic stage.
Reporting to the GB Performance Pathway Manager, the post holder will work to support the identification, recruitment and development of athletes and coaches capable of delivering future performance success in Tokyo, 2020 and beyond. Other key responsibilities include tracking, benchmarking and profiling of athletes and coaches and working with stakeholders to drive up performance standards across our sport.
This is an exciting time for archery in Nottinghamshire; following the success of the National Series Finals held in the City, the 2016 European Championships will be taking place in Nottingham city centre.
