I was mostly on the practice field and got to talk to the archers and coaches. In actual fact the head coach of Korea and I had some really interesting conversations - he spoke no English and my Korean is non-existent but we managed to understand each other with signs etc - oh and chocolate.

I actually got to hold a silver medal courtesy of Jake Kaminski from Team USA - that really made the games for me.

The Games begin again for me on the Monday at the Paralympics - such hard work but worth it.

There are less Games Makers and more Archers so will be exhausting, but as long as we can make the athletes experience a memorable one and they say that London 2012 was the best ever, then in my book its a job well done.
